Sending us your print jobs is now even easier! Once you create an account, you can upload your files (up to 500 mb at a time) and print specs anytime 24/7. You'll have instant access to your order history so you can see what stock you chose last time you ordered your business cards. And you can track the status of your order and know if it's already been sent out for delivery.

  Create an Account
  • We have launched a brand new online order placement system. Create a new account to start placing your orders online. Be sure to include your phone number, e-mail address and delivery address.
  Choose a Product
  • Select “Plans & Specs” to upload spec books, drawings or plans. In addition to providing your printing instructions, you can request to have documents picked up, scanned, indexed and archived.
  • Any documents smaller than 12”x18” can be submitted under “Small B&W or Color Documents.” This includes items such as flyers, brochures, booklets, business cards, postcards, etc.
  • For large printed materials such as posters, banners, signs and presentation displays, choose “Wide Format Printing.”
  Enter Your Printing Specifications
  • Complete the order form and tell us about your print job.
  • If you have any requests outside of the options offered, use the open text fields to enter any custom print requests, including specialty paper, substrates or finishing services.
  Upload Your Print Ready Files
  • Click the “Select” button to navigate through your files and choose the document(s) you need to print.
  • If you need to send multiple files, we recommend compressing your files into a single zipped folder for a faster upload.
  • Once you have chosen your file(s) click “Add to Cart” to complete the document upload process.
  Select Your Shipping Options
  • Choose “Will Call” to pick up your job from United Reprographics. If your office is located in the Seattle area, you may choose “United Courier” to have us deliver your products. FedEx shipping options are available for orders that need to be sent outside of the Seattle area.
  • If you are ordering multiple document sets to be shipped to different locations, you can upload a distribution list along with your files on the product page and select “See Attached Distribution List” as your shipping option.
  Checkout
  • Enter your requested completion date under “Ship Date.” If you need your job in less than 24 hours or by a specific time, enter your requested due time in the Comments box.
